Almost exactly two years ago, at a violinmaker’s show in Berkeley CA, I met Musician and Videographer, Chip Curry. Chip Suggested that he make a short movie about violin making, He came to stay for a week and divided his time between chatting, filming and training for the Boston Marathon (Chip is seventy). He successfully completed the Boston Marathon and shortly afterwards the video was done. Last weekend, as a nice bracket to our friendship, his movie was screened to a full house at the Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival.
