Because I offer several different cello models, one of the most frequent questions that I get is “what is the difference between them?”.  Recently I had a client visit with exactly that question and, as I happened to have three different models on hand, we decided to make a recording. Obviously the iPhone + YouTube doesn’t tell you exactly what the cellos sound like in person, but they do allow a relative comparison.

Some time soon I hope to be able to make  similar recordings to answer the question is “what difference do the different woods for the back make?”.
